Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at PSCU. As a key contributor to our sales force, you will focus on building strong relationships with our members and driving revenue growth through the sale of credit union products and services.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH MEMBERS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
- IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO DEEPEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING MEMBERS AND PROMOTE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE OF ALL CREDIT UNION PRODUCTS, SERVICES, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES TO PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO MEMBERS.
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE AND COMPLETE RECORDS OF MEMBER INTERACTIONS, PRODUCT SALES, AND OTHER KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS.
- ATTEND TRAINING SESSIONS AND MEETINGS TO STAY UP-TO-DATE ON CREDIT UNION PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND POLICIES.
