Business Development Associate

Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will execute an engagement strategy, connect with potential customers, and educate them on their product inquiry and the added benefits of our services. You will also be expected to provide consistent and straightforward customer service as a product expert, negotiate inquiries with precision, and overturn any additional customer objections. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Support and Sales Associates, eager to assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges.
