JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Manager to undertake a variety of essential tasks. This role encompasses supporting front office personnel by equipping them with the necessary resources, training, and information to excel in their roles. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate payroll and HR-related documentation for all center staff, overseeing Accounts Receivables and Payables, and ensuring compliance with cash handling protocols to meet company standards. Additionally, the Office Manager will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the consistent application of Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and oversight.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred) Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
