Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and implement process improvement strategies with increasing responsibility.
  • Assist senior managers by researching and compiling information relevant to various projects, ensuring clear and concise written communications.
  • Keep leadership informed on critical issues related to the Directorate's mission.
  • Track progress on various initiatives and taskings.
  • Provide necessary information and background for program events, including organizing meetings and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Draft and disseminate documents for leadership approval, including program policies and guidance.
  • Coordinate and support a variety of meetings and conferences, managing logistics for both in-person and virtual formats.
  • Maintain documentation for scheduling and requirements related to video and online conferencing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative functions is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
