Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and develop procedural improvements with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Assist senior management and organizational staff by researching and compiling relevant information for various projects.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-coordinated written communications.
  • Keep leadership informed on pertinent issues related to the Directorate's mission.
  • Monitor progress on various initiatives and taskings.
  • Support the preparation of program events by gathering necessary background information and coordinating meeting participants.
  • Draft documents for leadership approval and disseminate program policies and guidance.
  • Coordinate and document meetings and conferences, ensuring effective scheduling and setup for both physical and virtual formats.
  • Maintain documentation for video and online conferencing requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active secret clearance is required.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
