Client Strategy Account Manager

Position Summary

This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Strategy. We are in search of a dedicated and proficient Client Strategy Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of client accounts and ensure the successful implementation of projects across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and relationship management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate with various internal teams to ensure project progression
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to Retailer and DTC platforms for client accounts
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned brand or retailer's positioning, objectives, target consumers, and marketing strategies
  • Support program execution through the development of timelines, meeting agendas, call reports, and material reviews
  • Enhance proficiency in all BOLD internal workflow systems
  • Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status updates and marketplace evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management role, preferably within an agency setting (eCommerce, Shopper, Digital Marketing)
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong project and task management abilities
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid foundational knowledge of the retail landscape, including retail media networks and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, or similar is advantageous
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude towards new challenges and a desire to deepen knowledge in the eCommerce field
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related discipline

Alongside a competitive salary, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires minimal travel, approximately 5% or less.
