Position Overview: As a National Account Manager at HARIBO of America, you will play a crucial role in managing our partnerships with major retailers, specifically focusing on seasonal product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed established targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to create accurate sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
  • Design and execute promotional initiatives to enhance product visibility and sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in business development within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proven experience working with major retailers, including knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
