Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all client service functions within our organization while also contributing innovative ideas. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and client service support, managing day-to-day influencer interactions, and being a key player in client relationship management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a keen awareness of client activities, managing projects with attention to detail, and ensuring professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in daily project and influencer management alongside the Acorn Client Services team.
  • Offer administrative and creative assistance to the Client Service team and Acorn leadership.
  • Utilize and promote our proprietary project management software effectively.
  • Oversee campaign setup, ongoing monitoring, and develop reporting presentations for all assigned campaigns.
  • Provide consistent project activity updates to Acorn leadership and the designated Client Service team.
  • Engage in creative thinking and demonstrate agility in responding to client needs and requests.
  • Comprehend the Acorn methodology and its application throughout project lifecycles, including effectiveness analysis.
  • Maintain authenticity in interactions with colleagues and clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:
    • (Preferred) 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Client Services, Public Relations, or Advertising.
  • Education:
    • (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Possess a positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to serving both clients and influencers.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 This range is reflective of the labor market for the intended hiring location. Final salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
