Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting all client service functions within our organization while also contributing innovative ideas. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and client service support, managing day-to-day influencer interactions, and being a key player in client relationship management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a keen awareness of client activities, managing projects with attention to detail, and ensuring professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in daily project and influencer management alongside the Acorn Client Services team.
- Offer administrative and creative assistance to the Client Service team and Acorn leadership.
- Utilize and promote our proprietary project management software effectively.
- Oversee campaign setup, ongoing monitoring, and develop reporting presentations for all assigned campaigns.
- Provide consistent project activity updates to Acorn leadership and the designated Client Service team.
- Engage in creative thinking and demonstrate agility in responding to client needs and requests.
- Comprehend the Acorn methodology and its application throughout project lifecycles, including effectiveness analysis.
- Maintain authenticity in interactions with colleagues and clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- (Preferred) 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Client Services, Public Relations, or Advertising.
- Education:
- (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising/Public Relations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in contemporary social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest) and able to creatively integrate them into marketing strategies.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with clients and team members.
- Possess a positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to serving both clients and influencers.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 This range is reflective of the labor market for the intended hiring location. Final salary will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience.
