Our client is in search of a meticulous and proactive Assistant Credit Manager to aid their credit division. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of enhancing cash flow and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Credit Manager in supervising the credit and collections team.

2. Evaluate and authorize credit applications while establishing credit limits based on risk evaluations.

3. Oversee and assess accounts receivable and overdue accounts to guarantee prompt collections.

4. Formulate and enforce credit policies and procedures aimed at optimizing cash flow and reducing risk.

5. Conduct routine credit evaluations and assessments of current customer accounts.

6. Compile and present reports on credit and collections performance, including aging reports and delinquency analysis.

7. Address complex credit issues and disputes with clients, offering solutions to ensure timely payments.

8. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related concerns.

9. Assist in training and mentoring credit personnel to enhance skills and performance.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in credit management or collections, with a minimum of [Y] years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.

• Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, and collection techniques.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

• Detail-oriented with a proven history of meeting deadlines and achieving results.
