Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Property Operations Manager to oversee one of our esteemed apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor the on-site team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Drive leasing and marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents.
- Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and responsive to community needs.
- Manage resident relations, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Essential Duties:
- Maintain accountability for all operational aspects of the property.
- Engage regularly with residents to build strong relationships and enhance retention.
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximize net operating income.
- Develop annual operating and capital budget plans.
- Ensure compliance with resident lease agreements and relevant housing laws.
- Guarantee that all units are maintained in market-ready condition.
- Oversee rental collection processes and invoice management.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Proven financial management skills, with expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide community staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite, Yardi, or eSite is preferred but not mandatory.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager is essential.
- Knowledge of Tax Credit and HUD regulations is required.
