Work Environment:
This role is fully remote, with a requirement to reside in the Tulsa metro area. Regular travel to various locations will be necessary for meetings and community engagement.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $92,273.88 annually, with individual placement based on experience and organizational needs.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, or a related field, along with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in community engagement, contract negotiations, event planning, or business-to-business sales. Experience in non-profit or financial sectors is preferred.
Equivalent work experience or military service may substitute for educational requirements at a rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
