Responsibilities:

  • Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.

  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services effectively.
  • Meet individual and branch targets for member satisfaction, transaction accuracy, and product sales.
  • Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer service environment.
  • Previous experience with cash handling is preferred.
