Responsibilities:
- Process teller transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Act as the primary contact for members, fostering strong relationships.
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services effectively.
- Meet individual and branch targets for member satisfaction, transaction accuracy, and product sales.
- Comply with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer service environment.
- Previous experience with cash handling is preferred.
