Leadership Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic oversight of lending operations, crafting and implementing TTCU's lending strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission.
  2. Inspire and lead the lending team, cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, and ongoing enhancement.
  3. Analyze market dynamics and economic trends to proactively adjust lending operations accordingly.
  4. Assess technological advancements and propose solutions to improve operational efficiencies and member services.
  5. Manage risk and maintain credit quality within the lending operations effectively.
  6. Identify and mitigate loan portfolio risks, prioritizing diversification strategies as the Credit Manager.
  7. Uphold rigorous credit analysis and risk management protocols.
  8. Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement corrective measures to avert potential losses.
  9. Formulate data-driven strategies to uphold and enhance credit quality standards.
  10. Oversee all lending activities, ensuring operational excellence in loan processing, underwriting, closing, and funding.
  11. Establish and enforce policies that promote sound lending practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
  12. Encourage a collaborative environment and foster team development.
  13. Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing lending team dedicated to member service and achieving robust results.
  14. Maintain a strong emphasis on exceptional member service, striving to exceed member expectations.
  15. Drive initiatives to achieve strategic lending goals, including loan growth and profitability benchmarks.
  16. Manage the lending budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain NMLS License (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record; compliance with annual MVR checks.

Experience:

  • 8 years of management experience in a financial institution: Advanced
  • 8 years of extensive knowledge in Mortgage Sales and Service, and Centralized Lending Programs: Advanced
  • 4 years of demonstrated management experience across various lending sectors: Intermediate
  • 3 years of experience in business financial analysis, startup proposals, and cash flow analysis: Intermediate
