Our client is in search of a meticulous and proactive Credit Operations Supervisor to enhance their credit department. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of cash flow optimization and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Credit Manager in managing the credit and collections team.
  • Evaluate and authorize credit applications, establishing credit limits based on risk evaluations.
  • Oversee and assess accounts receivable and overdue accounts to guarantee prompt collections.
  • Formulate and execute credit policies and procedures aimed at enhancing cash flow and reducing risk.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and reviews of existing customer accounts.
  • Generate and present reports on credit and collections performance, including aging reports and delinquency analysis.
  • Address complex credit issues and disputes with clients, offering solutions to ensure timely payments.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve credit-related concerns.
  • Assist in the training and development of credit staff to elevate skills and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit management or collections, with a minimum of [Y] years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, and collection methodologies.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
