Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising TFCU leadership on essential needs, significant business opportunities, and any adverse developments within the business partner landscape to ensure optimal effectiveness of their initiatives.
  • Building, managing, and nurturing constructive relationships with civic, charitable, community, and local/state organizations to enhance the credit union's support and contributions to the community.
  • Identifying and executing TFCU's strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on business strategies that drive membership growth, attract new business partners, and enhance market penetration in underserved areas.

Work Environment:
This position is fully remote, with the requirement to reside in the Tulsa metro area. Attendance at staff meetings in Oklahoma City is expected at least twice a month.

Travel Requirements:
This role involves travel to Tulsa and the Northeast Oklahoma Territory.

Compensation:
The salary begins at $92,273.88 annually, with actual placement within the range determined based on individual experience and organizational needs.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field, along with four years of relevant experience in community engagement, contract negotiations, event planning, business-to-business sales, or banking processes. Experience with non-profits and/or financial institutions is preferred.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may substitute for education at a rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and maintenance of an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
