Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Coordinator to join our team at St. Lukes Health System. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the mitigation of risk by reviewing medical records, coordinating risk audits, and collecting risk management data.
  • Draft and submit reports to insurance carriers as necessary, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Update department dashboards with investigative data, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Coordinate entry of risk and claims events into the database, ensuring accuracy and data collection at established intervals.
  • Support claims management program as needed, including coordinating record requests and gathering discovery documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in risk management, patient safety, or patient relations, or 2 years of experience in a clinical care position.
