SENIOR AUDITOR II

We are actively seeking a seasoned auditor with expertise in risk management, particularly in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Ideal candidates will possess the ability to articulate intricate concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner. This position entails regular interactions with company leadership and the cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders. Given the critical nature of ERM, this role presents significant opportunities for professional development and contribution to strategic enterprise objectives.

Your contributions will be vital in collaborating with organizational leaders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the enterprise. You will engage closely with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are seamlessly integrated into the company's strategic and operational frameworks.

This position will also involve advisory or assurance audits, necessitating the candidate's ability to adeptly transition between the ERM and auditing functions with equal proficiency in both areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to strengthen risk management initiatives.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with management at all levels to promote risk management ownership and accountability.
  • Lead and execute risk assessment activities, risk-based audit reviews, consulting, and special projects.
  • Work alongside process owners to identify potential risks.
  • Assess the organization's risk landscape and controls, assisting in the identification of complementary activities to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and evaluate risks associated with market dynamics, business operations, and regulatory developments.
  • Facilitate and support the execution of annual self-assessments by business process owners.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize data for presentation to the Company's Risk Council, CEO Staff, and Board of Directors.
  • Engage in the preparation and presentation of findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to automate processes and develop tools and best practices to enhance program administration and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit to shape the Internal Audit Plan for appropriate coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, risk management, operational management, or a related discipline.
  • The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Experience in ERM, operational risk management, internal auditing, compliance, and business process re-engineering/transformation.
  • Proficient in implementing key risk frameworks, including COSO and ISO.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Strong skills in relationship building and collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with key applications is preferred (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, CoPilot, Data Analytics, etc.).
