Job SummaryWe are currently searching for an experienced auditor with expertise in risk management, specifically Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in risk management or a related field and be comfortable explaining complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders across various departments to enhance risk management activities.
- Develop collaborative relationships with various levels of management across the company to build and maintain risk management ownership and accountability.
- Lead and conduct risk assessment activities, risk-based audit reviews, consulting and special projects.
- Collaborate and assist process owners on identifying potential risks.
- Evaluate the company's risk environment and controls, assist in identifying complimentary activities to mitigate risk.
- Monitor and analyze risks associated with market trends, business operations, and regulatory changes.
- Facilitate and assist in conducting annual business process owner self-assessments.
- Accumulate, analyze and summarize data that will be presented to the Company's Risk Council, CEO Staff, and Board of Directors.
- Participate in preparing for and presenting results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate and develop tools and best practices that assist in the administration and reporting of the program.
- Align with Internal Audit on the creation of the Internal Audit Plan to influence appropriate coverage.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, risk management, operational or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
- Experience in ERM, operational risk management, internal audit, compliance, business process re-engineering/business transformation.
- Experience working and implementing key risk frameworks including COSO, ISO.
- Proven experience thinking out-of-the-box.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
- Presentation and communication capabilities including the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and understandable points of view.
- Knowledge of key applications preferred (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, CoPilot, Data Analytics, etc.).
