Job Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned program at SBM Management Services, LP. This includes coordinating activities with company employees and temporary employees, ensuring compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination: Safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, including company employees and temporary employees.
  • Safety and Compliance: Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
  • Employee Training and Development: Train, supervise, and instruct employees in tasks, safety policies, and procedures.
  • Work Activity Coordination: Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare written reports, such as pass-downs, weekly, or monthly reports, and maintain records of training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
  • Quality and Service Inspections: Perform quality, service, and safety inspections to ensure high standards are met.
  • Inventory Management: Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair, as well as supplies and inventory.
  • Employee Safety and Well-being: Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and report any issues to management.
  • Corrective Action: Correct at-risk behavior immediately and report to management.
  • Recommendations: Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: May be required to have a valid driver's license and Forklift Certification.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
  • Soft Skills: Good written and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills, training abilities, and time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Ability to read and understand documents, write routine reports, and effectively communicate with customers, contractors, or employees.
Compensation and Benefits

$50,000 - $55,000 per year.

Work Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday, 6pm - 2:30 am.
