**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for addressing resident concerns, leading rent collection efforts, and assisting in managing the property's budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Address resident concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Lead rent collection efforts, including lease termination and legal action if necessary.
  • Assist in managing the property's budget by making sound fiscal decisions.
  • Inspect apartments during move-in and move-out, and walk apartments and the community as needed.
  • Fill the role of acting Property Manager when the Property Manager is absent.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 1-year experience as an Assistant Property Manager at an apartment community.
  • OneSite experience is required.
  • Conventional Multifamily experience is required.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this position.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service/leasing skills are required.
  • Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
  • Must be reliable and able to take charge in the absence of the manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
