Golin is seeking a highly experienced Freelance Senior Director, Influencer Marketing to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing influencer relationships to maximize our client's investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute fully integrated public relations and digital/social programs to drive results.
  • Culture Development: Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among team members.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as an ambassador of Golin's capabilities, promoting organic and new business opportunities.
  • Leadership: Take a leadership role in business growth and targeting efforts, managing financials, including budgets and billing, projections, and staffing.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance as a people manager, collaborator, and advocate for the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience driving and executing digital/social media/influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for uncovering the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools.
  • Communication: Confidence when presenting to groups of various sizes and situations.
  • Campaign Execution: Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives.
