About the Role

Tanium is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Programs Intern to assist the Americas Regional Marketing team in executing specific logistics on programs designed to create and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning
    • Research new vendors and 3rd-party events to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
    • Work with vendors on deliverables and onboard new vendors by following our internal processes in Coupa to ensure seamless integration and efficient execution.
    • Create and submit program documentation such as budget justifications to support program development and implementation.
  • Program Builds and Execution
    • Create event dial-ins, calendar invites, and ensure campaign members receive essential event information to ensure successful program execution.
    • Create swag, event material, and collateral shipping requests for onsite events to enhance the overall program experience.
    • Partner with the Programs Sr. Associate on 3rd Party virtual conference execution to ensure smooth and successful program delivery.
  • Program Wrap-up
    • Upload lead lists and flip member statuses to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
    • Clone and run SFDC reports to analyze program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Special Projects
    • Vet and approve direct mail redemptions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Update the NAM Marketing Playbook with the latest processes and create new enablement assets to support program development and implementation.
    • Maintain the NAM Programs SharePoint site and review all events calendar to ensure cancellations are removed and program information is up-to-date.
    • Send one-off incentives in Sendoso to reward and recognize program participants.
    • Take on additional assignments as deemed beneficial to the organization to support program development and implementation.
    Requirements
    • A programmatic, process-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver quality work in a rapid-paced, deadline-intensive environment.
    • Professionalism when working with vendors to negotiate contracts on behalf of Tanium.
    • An affinity for marketing tools, and a willingness and excitement to learn Marketo, Swoogo, Salesforce, and Sendoso.
    • Strong writing and organization skills, with the ability to maintain an exceptional attention to detail in hands-on execution.
    • Working toward a BA or BS in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA.
    • Available to work full-time from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025.
    • Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025.
