This position will report to the Senior Vice President of Brand and will oversee teams focused on Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing, Retail marketing, and Away from Home marketing. The ideal candidate will be based in a hybrid work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enhance brand experience across owned platforms
  • Design and implement groundbreaking brand campaigns

  • Develop programs to drive traffic
  • Generate omnichannel demand through a unified, scalable strategy
  • Execute campaigns aimed at increasing national brand recognition

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in premium brand management
  • Background in digital, retail, and CPG channel marketing
  • Strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of channel dynamics
  • Proven experience in team building and fostering collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
