Senior Executive Coordinator to Chief Marketing Officer

The Ladders is seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Marketing Officer. This is an exciting chance to become part of a renowned organization with a visionary leadership team.

As the primary support for the CMO, you will be entrusted with managing a dynamic schedule and communications, ensuring that priorities are aligned and that operations run smoothly. We are looking for an individual with a proactive and optimistic approach who can handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Chief Marketing Officer's intricate calendar, acting as a gatekeeper to optimize time management effectively.
  • Manage multiple email accounts and assist in drafting communications on behalf of the CMO.
  • Provide support during meetings, including preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, delivering detailed itineraries for efficient travel experiences.
  • Support the CMO's organization to enhance team efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing team retreats and corporate events.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders at various levels.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CMO, demonstrating resourcefulness and foresight.
  • Prioritize and address conflicting demands with minimal guidance.
  • Assist with light personal coordination tasks for the Executive.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Coordinator supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in managing highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative as required.
  • Able to pivot priorities and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new tools.
