Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Measure Customer Loyalty: Develop and measure return customer visits via loyalty rewards and membership-based programs.

  • Provide Market Insights: Analyze sales data and metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates, Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably as a current or former VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, Sales/Marketing major producer or Sales Manager.
  • Industry Experience: Hospitality, restaurant, or service industry experience preferred. Multi-unit, multi-market experience preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales operations, CRM systems, and sales performance analysis. Experience with Triple Seat, Toast, HubSpot all preferred.
