Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at All Hands On Physical Therapy PC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff and clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient use of time.
  • Process and manage billing, customer, and client records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Assist with sending authorization to insurance companies and tracking authorizations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
