Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Glen Meadows Retirement Community. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and directing visitors and residents with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answering phone calls promptly and efficiently, and directing calls or relaying messages as needed
  • Providing general clerical support to the administrative team, including preparing and distributing mail
  • Ensuring maintenance and emergency calls are forwarded or notifications are sent as required

Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills and basic clerical skills
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
