About the Role:

As a Front Desk Representative at Goldfish Swim School, you will be the first point of contact for our members and their families. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with class scheduling and billing
  • Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships

  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
