  • About the Role
    • The Patient Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, ensuring a positive experience in our medical office.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
    • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of time.
    • Collect, verify, and enter patient data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to federal, state, and MaineHealth policies.
    • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Requirements
    • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous office experience, particularly in a medical setting, is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
