Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure each and every guest has an exceptional experience
  • Answer incoming guest calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Negotiate agreements with guests
  • Open and close contracts, ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Respond to and investigate guest inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  • Possess and maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products
  • Perform pick-up and drop-off service for guests
  • Assist in shuttle, delivery, or logistics between locations
  • Research guests prior to their arrival and offer service upgrades
  • Use company-wide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, guest events, and reporting for group business development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals as outlined
  • Maintain and organize work area
  • Be in proper uniform at all times when working
  • Be ready to work at the start of scheduled shift
  • Follow lawful directions from supervisors
  • Uphold company non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours as required

Requirements
  • Ability to work individually or within a team environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - College Degree Preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive
  • Excellent customer service skills; commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees
  • Work between frequently alternating environments; inside and outside, sun light and office light
  • Applicant must possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above
