Key Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with our members and delivering exceptional service is paramount at Town & Country FCU. The Customer Service Associate II aims to enhance member connections by fostering a collaborative atmosphere, articulating services to prospective consumer and business account members, generating additional business opportunities, and promoting positive public relations.

The Customer Service Associate II conducts loan interviews, assesses and verifies information on loan documents to ensure compliance with credit union and regulatory standards, facilitates loan closings, and cross-sells additional products and services. They also assist members with opening new accounts and handling various service requests.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or GED required.

Interpersonal Skills

This role involves significant personal interaction with individuals both inside and outside the organization for the purpose of resolving initial conflicts, building relationships, and encouraging cooperation. Discussions often require a high level of confidentiality and discretion, necessitating diplomacy and tact in communication.
