Job Opportunity

Delta Medical Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the healthcare industry.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Utilize resources and develop knowledge of medical imaging systems through technical updates, product specialists, and management assistance.
  • Anticipate customer needs and promote all product lines and point-of-sale service contracts.
  • Provide reporting, communications, and documentation related to sales.
  • Improve market penetration in assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the healthcare industry.
  • Utilize resources and develop knowledge of medical imaging systems through technical updates, product specialists, and management assistance.
Customer Service and Support
  • Anticipate customer needs and promote all product lines and point-of-sale service contracts.
  • Provide reporting, communications, and documentation related to sales.
Market Development and Penetration
  • Improve market penetration in assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of field sales experience.
  • Background in Cardiology a bonus.
  • C-level selling experience is preferred.
  • Previous medical device sales experience preferred.
  • Experience and understanding in the long, complex capital sales process with good strategic sales and negotiating.
  • Must be a positive and driven self-starter.
  • Must be receptive, professional, and operate in a clear and organized manner.
  • Must possess excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
