Your Role

Delta Medical Systems offers clients a unique blend of personalized service and access to Siemens' premier medical imaging technologies.

In the role of Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on promoting and selling Siemens CT, MR, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and Radiographic imaging systems. This position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in competitive environments, seeks high earnings potential, and excels in collaborative sales settings. Siemens Healthineers products are renowned for their exceptional quality in patient care and provider solutions.

You will engage with key stakeholders in your designated territory, including hospitals, outpatient imaging facilities, and clinics. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing sales independently and as part of a team, all while benefiting from the support of a dedicated administrative team.

Note: This position involves a hybrid work model, with approximately 10% of your time spent in a home office and 90% traveling to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, including post-sale engagement.
  • Manage the sales process from initiation to closure.
  • Leverage resources and enhance product knowledge through technical updates and collaboration with specialists.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with sales activities.
  • Anticipate customer needs and promote all product lines and service contracts.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and documentation related to sales activities.
  • Enhance market presence within your assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience are required.
  • Experience in Cardiology is advantageous.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives is preferred.
  • Prior experience in medical device sales is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the lengthy and complex capital sales process, along with strong strategic sales and negotiation skills.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude is essential.
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication abilities.
