KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate Account Executive, you will participate in an extensive B2B Sales Training Program designed to equip you with the skills necessary for a solution-oriented sales approach in consulting and professional services. Post-training, your primary focus will be on engaging with customer decision-makers to cultivate partnerships and secure mutually beneficial agreements. The key success factors for this role include:
- Identifying strategic opportunities within 3-5 targeted accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients through meetings, presentations, and social engagements
- Consulting with clients to develop solutions that drive positive organizational change
- Advocating for clients to enhance their experience with our enterprise accounts
- Presenting solutions to C-suite executives to support their project initiatives
- Consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Setting personal and team objectives through regular planning sessions with your manager
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
SALES TRAINING PROGRAM
