Job Overview

Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • A four-year degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of total outside sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 3 years of experience in surgical sales, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry.
