Regional Sales Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Preferred Fresh Cuts, a subsidiary of Van Eerden Foodservice. Our mission is to provide the highest quality produce and custom fresh cut products to top food distributors, manufacturers, and large venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture profitable relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Implement effective sales strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
- Gain a deep understanding of our target market and identify potential partners.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to achieving sales goals and working on a commission basis.
- Provide expert guidance on produce and specialty foods, offering consultative support to clients.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships through consultative selling.
- Ability to engage in cold-calling and demonstrate a track record of high performance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to analyze sales data effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, with the potential to earn between $65,000 and $90,000+ annually. Additional benefits include:
- Regular pay schedule with payments made every Friday.
