As an HVAC Service Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing your strong service skills to mentor team members and guide them towards success.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Training and supporting service technicians to meet our high service standards.
  • Achieving and surpassing key performance indicators for operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Required: Hold one of the following CT licenses:
    • S-1 (preferred)
    • S-2
    • S-10
    • S-9
    • D-1
    • D-2
  • Professional demeanor, clean appearance, and drug-free.
  • Ability to demonstrate safe and proper use of tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both independently and in a team setting.
  • Capability to explain technical information clearly to clients and technicians.
