Job Overview

As a Residential HVAC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and working with them to determine the best new equipment for their homes. Your goal is to lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions, while preparing sales contracts and financing options that meet their needs and achieve departmental sales and capacity goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Customer Rapport: Develop strong relationships with customers to present the right solutions and services.
  • Develop Key Client Relationships: Negotiate and close deals with customers, creating a loyal customer base.
  • Create Accurate Sales Proposals: Develop comprehensive sales proposals that are easily transferable to the installation team.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer complete and accurate information about our services and pricing to create confident buyers.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Knowledge: Become an expert in your market area, understanding customer needs and serving as a valuable resource.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Residential HVAC Sales Experience
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude

Job Type

Commission-based position

Pay

$75,000.00 per year (average earnings)

Weekly Schedule
  • Monday - Friday (40 hours weekly minimum)
  • Weekends as needed
