HVAC Installation Manager
Harp Home Services, a prominent provider in the HVAC sector, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily residential installation projects, manage both field and office operations, and lead a team of Install Crews, which includes Supervisors, Install Leads, Install 2nds, and Entry Level Installers.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • At least 10 years of experience in the HVAC Residential Industry
  • Certification or diploma from a recognized Technical School
  • Expertise with HVAC tools, equipment, and materials
  • Strong technical aptitude in the field
  • Experience in customer relations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs
  • Understanding of operational principles such as planning, scheduling, and logistics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Installation team members directly, including hiring, training, task assignments, and performance evaluations
  • Stay informed about industry trends and disseminate knowledge within the team
  • Coordinate team efforts to ensure high standards and goal achievement
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss policies, procedures, performance, and safety protocols
  • Engage in ride-alongs with Service Technicians
  • Provide customer support and promptly address inquiries and issues
  • Oversee necessary permits and inspections
  • Promote and maintain the integrity of the Company's brand
