Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with CNC machining equipment
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage unplanned machine repairs and interface with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and management
  • Identify methods and solutions to improve maintenance processes and provide maintenance know-how, mentoring, and leadership
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in an OEM service repair role or factory maintenance experience in a CNC machine environment
  • Experience in the mechanical, electrical, or HVAC field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree/certificate from vocational school or college program is a plus
Competencies and Skills
  • Technical capacity in mechanical, electronic, or HVAC systems
  • Diagnostic, problem-solving, and analysis skills
  • Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures
  • Skilled with hand and power tools
  • Communication proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands

Compensation

$100,000 per year

Compensation is paid hourly and may be adjusted based on level of experience, overtime, and shift.
