Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex issues with CNC machining equipment
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Manage unplanned machine repairs and interface with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and management
- Identify methods and solutions to improve maintenance processes and provide maintenance know-how, mentoring, and leadership
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an OEM service repair role or factory maintenance experience in a CNC machine environment
- Experience in the mechanical, electrical, or HVAC field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree/certificate from vocational school or college program is a plus
- Technical capacity in mechanical, electronic, or HVAC systems
- Diagnostic, problem-solving, and analysis skills
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Communication proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation$100,000 per year
Compensation is paid hourly and may be adjusted based on level of experience, overtime, and shift.
