Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC Residential Industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Completion of a Technical School program or equivalent certification.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and materials.
- Strong technical expertise in the field.
- Experience in customer/client relations.
- Flexibility to adapt work schedules to meet customer needs.
- Understanding of operational principles including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Directly oversee Installation team members, which includes:
- Recruiting and training staff.
- Planning, assigning, and directing tasks.
- Evaluating performance.
- Recognizing and addressing employee needs.
- Resolving complaints and issues.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with team members.
- Coordinate team activities to:
- Ensure achievement of individual and collective goals.
- Maintain high standards of performance across all roles.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss policies, performance metrics, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
- Participate in field activities alongside Service Technicians.
- Provide customer support as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee compliance with permits and inspections.
- Promote and uphold the Company brand.
