Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Operations Supervisor. This role is ideal for individuals who are results-driven, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a proven track record in team development. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily residential installations while managing both field and office operations. The field team includes Supervisors, Lead Installers, and Entry-Level Installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage and support installation team members.
- Responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews and training for new employees.
- Planning, assigning, and directing work tasks.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback.
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and share insights with team members.
- Coordinate team activities to:
- Ensure that individual and team objectives are consistently met.
- Maintain high standards of performance and service quality.
- Hold regular meetings to discuss company policies, performance metrics, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee necessary permits and inspections.
- Promote and uphold the Integrity HVAC Services brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC residential sector.
- Technical school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and materials.
- Strong technical skills and customer interaction abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours to meet client needs.
- Understanding of operational planning, scheduling, and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
