Customer Service Representative

Aiello Home Services is a well-established company with a rich history of over 80 years in the home services industry. Our team has expanded significantly, now comprising more than 80 dedicated professionals in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

We are actively seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives to manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing service requests. Our ambitious growth strategy requires committed individuals who are looking for a long-term career and are eager to contribute to our success. This role offers a dynamic, engaging, and enjoyable work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, focused on tasks, and possess a strong customer service orientation. We offer a full-time position with a competitive starting salary.

Work Schedule:

Saturday/Sunday - OFF

Monday - Thursday - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Friday - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify all incoming service requests.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing and scanning.
  • Coordinate efforts within the department to enhance business success.
  • Educate customers about products, including maintenance agreements and high-efficiency equipment, over the phone.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments.
  • Fill gaps in technicians' schedules as needed through outbound calls.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Maintain a consistently positive attitude and adapt to ongoing changes.
  • Strong team player mentality.
  • Proficient in handling a multi-function telephone system.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone, to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Capability to educate customers effectively via phone.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in multitasking, such as typing while conversing on the phone.
  • Preferred minimum of two years of experience, though not required.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type 50 words per minute or more with minimal errors.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly.
