This role involves overseeing daily residential installations while managing both field and office operations. The field team includes Supervisors, Installation Leads, Install 2nds, and Entry Level Installers.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC Residential sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Completion of a Technical School program or equivalent certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and materials.
  • Strong technical capabilities within the HVAC trade.
  • Experience in customer/client relations.
  • Flexibility to adapt work schedules to meet customer needs.
  • Understanding of operational principles including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the Installation team, including tasks such as:
    • Recruiting and training new staff.
    • Planning, assigning, and overseeing work.
    • Evaluating employee performance.
    • Recognizing and addressing employee achievements and issues.
    • Resolving complaints and conflicts.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in the industry and share insights with team members.
  • Coordinate team activities to:
    • Ensure both individual and team objectives are consistently met.
    • Maintain high standards of performance across all roles.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss company policies, performance metrics, and safety protocols.
    • Collaborate effectively with other departments.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members.
  • Accompany Service Technicians on job sites for oversight and support.
  • Provide customer service assistance as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee the management of permits and inspections.
  • Promote and uphold the Company brand and values.
