Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide critical administrative support to a top administration position at Jefferson College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior administration positions, managing budgets and accounts, preparing financial and statistical reports, and determining priority items for supervisors.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to top administration positions
- Monitoring budgets, accounts, billings, and expenditures
- Preparing financial and statistical reports
- Determining priority items for supervisors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associate's degree or two-year technical certificate and three years progressive experience providing administrative support services
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: $19.44 per hour
Working Hours
Full-time position, working hours: Monday - Friday, mid-August to mid-May; Monday - Thursday during the summer. Estimated salary is based on 40 hours per week.
