Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Hillsboro, OR.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Attend meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Support domestic and international shipments, including communication with vendors and inputting purchase orders.
- Create quotes, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
About the Opportunity:
This role offers a competitive salary of $27-$32 per hour, with benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
