**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Jefferson College. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and one year of clerical or administrative experience. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of $17.12 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support services to the Academic Affairs department, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and sending documents.
  • Prepare and distribute various records, invoices, requisitions, bills, check requests, deposits, accounts, reimbursements, travel requests and vouchers, applications, or forms.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure adequate availability of supplies and materials, order supplies, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), and one year of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
