Administrative Services Coordinator

As an Administrative Services Coordinator at Jefferson College, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our team. This dynamic position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate departmental programs and projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing events, including scheduling appointments and sending documents as needed.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, sort, process, maintain, and/or distribute correspondence, reports, rosters, forms, files, booklets, time sheets, packets, personnel paperwork, work orders, or other documents.
- Perform office duties such as monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining departmental websites.
- Coordinate assignments and schedules of part-time and temporary staff, prioritizing and assigning work as needed.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, departments, and agencies to facilitate departmental operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and three years' clerical or administrative experience; or Associate's degree and two years' experience providing administrative services.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $18.11 per hour. The ideal candidate will reside in Missouri or Illinois and be able to commute to the college campus. As a member of our team, you will have access to various benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
