Clinical Project Management Specialist

Position Summary:
As a Clinical Project Management Specialist, you will oversee clinical and laboratory service initiatives from inception to contract fulfillment, utilizing your project management expertise to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction. You will facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve project milestones efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of clinical testing and laboratory service projects collaboratively, from initiation to contract completion.
- Coordinate project timelines across all functions within CDx Pharma Services, including developing project plans, establishing and managing timelines, and tracking the progress of activities while identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
- Supervise daily operations of sample processing and ensure accurate reporting of results. Implement best practices within the clinical sciences team and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing.
- Direct and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure project completion within established deadlines.
- Act as the primary liaison with external resources, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), site investigators, and client representatives.
- Complete various additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or clinical trial coordination within a regulated environment, such as CROs, diagnostics, or the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Master’s Degree in a related field and/or specialized training in Project Management or Clinical Research.
- Experience in clinical trial management with knowledge of bio-sample management and process flow in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (PMI).
- Understanding of quality and regulatory processes.
- Proficient in clinical sample processing and testing.
- Skilled in using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
- Ability to apply specialized knowledge and skills in functional areas, particularly in collaboration with laboratory, scientific, and medical personnel.
Compensation:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $28.50/hour to $38.00/hour.
