Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Project Management Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the CDx Pathology team by executing a range of administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of both onsite and offsite meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, as well as conference calls, to optimize team collaboration.
- Manage communication channels and distribute necessary materials effectively.
- Oversee the scheduling of interviews, onboarding processes for new employees, office relocations, and inventory management for office supplies.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders while compiling expense reports for financial tracking.
- Assist in the formulation of project timelines and ensure that all project-related data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate various aspects of smaller projects or specific phases of larger initiatives, ensuring that project goals are achieved and business objectives are met.
- Monitor project success metrics and report on progress regularly.

Proactive Communication:
- Alert project team members of potential issues, such as missed deadlines or budget overruns, to facilitate timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project support or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of office administration and support functions.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong competency in documentation and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this position is $30.00/hour.
